MRF has developed a strategic model based on a tripartite partnership.

We work collaboratively with local communities and Malian government authorities to build 3 classroom middle schools and connecting these three relationships:

Local communities/villages

• Provide the land
• Cover 20 percent of the building cost

Mali Rising Foundation

• Pays for the remainder of construction costs and facilities development

Malian government

• Recruit and train teachers
